In 2015, the Black Men Coalition founded “The Back to School Bash, ” a community-driven event that helps prepare students for the upcoming school year. The event provides free school supplies, backpacks, and access to resources while offering fun activities for the whole family. Through this event, we aim to ease the financial burden on families, foster community connections, and ensure that every student starts the school year feeling confident and prepared.
