Mission:
The mission of the Dubuque Black Men Coalition is to improve the quality of life within our communities. We will accomplish this through concentrated support and leadership to programs and services that aims to offer positive alternatives in educational, vocational, and recreational activities for African Americans boys and young adult men. |

The Dubuque Black Men Coalition seeks to serve as a beacon of leadership by utilizing our diverse talents to create healthy African American families where our children are motivated to achieve, and to empower our people to become self-sufficient shareholders in the economic and social fabric of the communities we serve. |
